For nearly two decades, the Hustle 4 Health brought our community together to walk, run, and raise funds for the seniors at Shalom Village. With music in the air, prizes, games, and BBQs sizzling along the street, what began as a fitness fundraiser quickly grew into something much bigger.

Over time, we noticed something wonderful — people were staying. Not just to hustle, but to connect. They lingered over lemonade, laughed with their kids at face painting stations, and bonded over shared stories. We realized that the heart of the event wasn’t the run — it was the community. That feeling reached new heights in 2024 at our 50th Anniversary Family Fun Day, where hundreds joined us for tours, music, food, and fellowship. With over $350,000 raised, the event was a reminder of the power we have when we come together with purpose.

That’s when the idea took root. What if we created something that combined the fun of the Hustle, the energy of our anniversary, and the warmth of our mission?

Join us on Sunday, June 22nd for our first-ever Carnival for Care, and help us turn joy into impact. Whether you’re tossing beanbags, enjoying live entertainment, or watching your kids chase bubbles, every smile helps fund vital care, recreation, and wellness programs for Shalom Village Seniors.
