Hustle 4 Health

The Hustle 4 Health is an outdoor, family fun day designed to Support Seniors & Celebrate family. Join us on Sunday May 31st at 9am, as we enjoy family friendly games, food, free face painting, and our 1k or 5k, walk/run event. It’s a great way to start your Sunday and to help make a difference in the lives of seniors.

What funds do

Funds raised at the Hustle 4 Health help seniors from across the Hamilton region stay active, healthy and happy, by ensuring that Shalom Village is able to provide the best health and wellness programs to the seniors who depend on us. The Club Fitness Centre plays an important role in helping Hamilton area seniors stay fit, so they can live life to its fullest – whether they are living in their own homes, or residing at Shalom Village.

Why: To provide health and wellness services to ensure that Hamilton seniors are able to live each day to its fullest, and enjoy as much independence as possible.
